1. Description of Service

SimpleFixAI is a Windows PC diagnostic and repair tool. It scans your system, identifies issues, and runs repairs using Windows' built-in tools. All repairs are executed locally on your device.

2. Beta Software

SimpleFixAI is currently in beta. The software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We provide it “as is” during the beta period and make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or completeness.

3. System Modifications

SimpleFixAI modifies Windows settings, services, registry entries, and files as part of its repair functions. By using the software, you acknowledge that:

• System repairs carry inherent risk
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• SimpleFixAI creates repair snapshots before every change and provides an undo feature, but we cannot guarantee that every change is fully reversible in all circumstances
• You should not use SimpleFixAI on systems where unplanned downtime or configuration changes are unacceptable without first consulting your IT administrator

4. Administrator Rights

SimpleFixAI requires Windows administrator privileges to perform repairs. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to make system changes on the device where you install SimpleFixAI. Do not install or run SimpleFixAI on devices you do not own or have explicit permission to modify.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SimpleFixAI
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell SimpleFixAI without written permission
• Use SimpleFixAI to intentionally damage or degrade any system
• Circumvent any licensing, usage limits, or access controls
• Use SimpleFixAI in violation of any applicable laws

6. Free Tier

Beta period: All features are free and unlimited during the beta. No account required.

7. Intellectual Property

SimpleFixAI, including its source code, design, repair logic, and documentation, is the property of SFX Tech Innovation LLC. All rights reserved. This license does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

8. No Warranty

SimpleFixAI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFX Tech Innovation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of SimpleFixAI, including but not limited to loss of data, system downtime, or repair failures, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of SimpleFixAI shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFX Tech Innovation LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SimpleFixAI, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SimpleFixAI at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
