Readable by design

A small transparency release. The repair scripts and background watchdog that ship as readable files in your install folder now carry only plain-English comments, so anyone who opens them sees what each step does and why it is safe, with no internal notes or tracking references left behind. Behavior is unchanged.

Internal development notes, version tags, and tracking references were removed, so anyone who opens those files sees what each step does and why it is safe, and nothing else.
• Behind the scenes, this was a comments-only change. Every shipped script was verified to have an identical set of executable instructions before and after, and the watchdog code an identical structure, so the app behaves exactly as it did.
