Field triage
A new repair that stops Wi-Fi dropping when your PC sits idle, driver roll-back guidance, and honest handling when a scan comes back clean.
- New repair: stop Wi-Fi from dropping when your PC sits idle. Windows can power down a network adapter to save energy, and on some machines that drops the connection whenever the PC is idle. The new repair turns off that power-saving setting for your Wi-Fi and Ethernet adapters, applies it live without ever disabling the adapter, and then verifies the change actually took. It asks before running and creates a System Restore Point first
- Smarter help when a driver update is the likely cause. If a device starts failing right after its driver changed, the assistant now leads with rolling back that exact device's driver in Device Manager, including what to do when the Roll Back Driver button is greyed out, instead of jumping straight to a reinstall. It stays honest that a fresh driver date on a failing device is a strong sign and not proof, and it will not remove an unrelated webcam or capture device while fixing your sound
- Describing a problem that scans clean no longer dead-ends. When you open with a specific complaint and the targeted scan finds nothing, the app no longer stops at a bare all-clear. It says plainly that nothing obvious was found and asks a few narrowing questions so the conversation keeps moving toward the real cause
- Declining the Windows administrator prompt is now reported honestly as cancelled, not failed. And if an elevated repair is stopped partway through without a final result, the app says so instead of leaving the outcome blank
